  • Attendance management, Leave management and Letter Generation.
  • Handling employees’ grievances and providing resolution.
  • Handling ends to end Performance management system (Performance Management, Reviewing and Increment).
  • Employee full and final settlement.
  • Making salary breakups and conducting audits related to HR.
  • Managing the whole documentation process for employees and organization.
  • Conversing with the payroll expert and intra-departmental executives for implementing the best and suitable plans.
  • Timely delivery of HR related reports.
  • Recruitment- Job portals, interacting with placement consultants, References, Ads.
  • Issuing offer letters, Appointment letters, Terminations, Designing the salary structure and pay slips, Issuing ID cards
  • Setting HR policies and systems and overseeing HR operations.
