We are looking for a fresher and 1 year experienced IT Help Desk Technician to join our Customer Services team. As an IT Help Desk Technician, your role is to diagnose and resolve all the issues our customers are facing and provide them solutions as early as possible. Technical support and technical assistance are the two major responsibilities that you are expected to carry out in this role.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Corresponding Industrial Training must be Completed in “Technical Helpdesk/Networking/CCNA”
  • Must have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Confident and Active Learner
  • Team Player and Organizational Skills
  • Graduation must be Completed
  • Ready to start from “work from office”
