Hiring - HR Recruiter/ Recruitment Supervisor
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring the seamless and efficient hiring of qualified candidates. This role requires a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and lead a team of recruiters effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Recruitment Strategy: Develop recruitment strategies and plans, considering both the organization's short-term and long-term hiring needs. Analyze current and future staffing requirements and devise appropriate sourcing strategies.
-Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance efficiency and productivity.
-Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract potential candidates. Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
-Interview & Selection: Coordinate and participate in the interview process, both in-person and virtually. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify the most qualified candidates for each role.
-Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and providing feedback as needed.
