Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives & clients
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage calendars and set up meetings.
Make travel arrangements.
Format information for internal and external communication
– Contracts drafts, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute
Handle AVP end to end desk.
Skills Required
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal
Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge/Excel Sheet
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-
calendars)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Specification
Bachelor’s or a relevant field of study
Minimum 2+ years of experience
