Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (Middle East Clients)
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals for our clients based in the Middle East. This includes recruiting nurses, doctors, Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), ward boys, and allied healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and specific experience in the GCC region.

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the client's requirements and standards
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific positions
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences for each role.
Maintain a database of potential candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of their qualifications, experience, and contact information.
Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Conduct background checks and verify credentials and references to ensure candidate suitability.
Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulations related to healthcare recruitment in the GCC region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to enhance candidate sourcing capabilities.
Facilitate visa processing for selected candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferably with a focus on Middle East clients and GCC experienced candidates.
Solid understanding of the healthcare industry and familiarity with various medical roles, including nurses, doctors, RMOs, ward boys, and allied healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of the GCC region's healthcare recruitment landscape, including visa processes, is highly desirable.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Strong interviewing and assessment abilities to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and cultural fit.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
