Job Description:

1.   Budgeting and Forecasting:

o   Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for local marketing activities in the branch.

o   Provide information to the sales staff regarding planned activities and their ROI.

o   Objectives include providing support to sales, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining smooth functioning within organizational policies and procedures.

2.   Proper Budget Utilization and Handling:

o   Ensure effective utilization and handling of budgets.

3.   Shopfront Development for the Branch:

o   Support retailing through merchandising, shop window displays, brand building activities.

o   Organize road shows, exhibitions, and implement new marketing innovations.

4.   Plan and Execute Marketing Programs:

o   Develop and execute marketing programs to support the business unit.

5.   BTL Activity Planning and Execution:

o   Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) activities, including new product launches, seminars, product information releases, and database management.

6.   Competition Products and Activities Tracking:

o   Track and analyse competitor products and activities.

7.   Budget Control and System Adherence:

o   Oversee marketing, advertising, and promotion budgeting.

o   Plan media utilization and ensure adherence to systems.
