Job Description: Store Keeper (Real Estate Site)

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and materials at our real estate construction site. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of building materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

Maintain inventory records and track stock levels.

Organize storage of materials in a safe and accessible manner.

Monitor material usage and report any discrepancies or shortages.

Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock audits.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the storage area.

Handle the issuance and return of tools and equipment to site workers.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a store keeper, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of inventory management software.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical stamina to handle materials and perform manual labor if required.
