Job Overview

This mid-level Direct Marketing position is a full-time role based in Delhi, Noida, and West Delhi. The candidate will work closely with the Branch Head and Business Development teams to implement strategies that enhance company growth. The role requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience in sales and marketing, emphasizing business development.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in direct marketing with the ability to execute effective sales and marketing strategies for diverse creative paper needs.
  • Strong market research skills to identify new business opportunities and optimize market penetration strategies across designated territories.
  • Proficient in lead generation through various channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential customers for premium paper products.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact and negotiate with clients, ensuring clarity and precision in business dealings.
  • Experience in field marketing to engage directly with customers, facilitating direct feedback and immediate responses to client needs.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams such as BD, backsupport, and marketing for better integration.
  • Past experience in business development roles with a focus on customer retention and acquisition aligned with sales plans.
  • Understanding of territorial management to effectively deliver financial results and market analysis helping in competitive positioning.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage in front-line sales and marketing roles promoting teamwork and positive collaboration with other departments.
  • Drive the delivery of sales, marketing, and profit targets through proactive engagement with both existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Head to formulate and implement sales plans targeting user markets and geographical sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and client acquisition in the fine paper domain alongside the sales team.
  • Manage retention strategies ensuring consistent service to existing customers while onboarding new clientele.
  • Oversee sales and support processes in allocated territories to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and manage dealer networks within allocated territories to ensure broad market presence and sales effectiveness.
  • Provide necessary reports and meet with senior management to review financial results and progress against key performance indicators.
