Requirements:

➢ Actual Vs Budget Vs Forecast Analysis, Receivables & Payables Ageing, Trend Analysis of Cost – Month on Month Comparison

➢ Prepare Weekly Sales Addition reports, AR Collection with comparison ➢ Handle Payment gateway vendors for Subscription and renewals

➢ Track and Reconcile Payment gateway transaction, ensure timely settlements

➢ Managing 3000+ customer base with timely invoicing, Target AR collections to achieve Financial goals and manage Cash Flow

➢ Prepare Monthly MIS with board presentations

➢ Prepare monthly payroll reports documenting activity for retirement, insurance, and payroll accounts

➢ Reconciliation of General Ledgers, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable Preparation of General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account,

➢ Finalization of Accounts individually Statutory Compliance & filing of necessary return within stipulated time

➢ Handling Statutory areas like Customs, GST, PT, TDS, EPF and ESIC ➢ Handling FDI related activities till filing advance reporting and FCGPR Also,

Handling FDI related activities till filing advance reporting and FCGPR Also, Filing FLA returns on Annual basis

➢ Accounts Payable / Receivable Processing PO Based, Non-POBased Invoices

➢ Tracking Payments & Handling vendor queries

➢ Co-ordinate with Auditor for Tax Audit and Income Tax Return till ROC, MCA Filings

➢ Liaison with Banker for LC’s and OD matter with Intra & inter-branch Reconciliation of Books of Accounts

➢ Involved with various kind of Audits like, Payroll Audits, Internal, Statutory Tax Audit and Stock Audits

➢ Processing payroll, Responsible for the confidential administration of employee information Generate Employee Master, Salary Details with contact Details and Pay Structures

➢ Handle Contract labour worker

➢ Payroll Processing with regard to labour laws • Generate Monthly Salary for the Employees.
