Role Overview:

As a Jr. Business Development Executive, you will be pivotal in scouting new business opportunities, generating meetings, and taking on an initial level of interaction with potential clients. Collaborating with our seasoned Sales and Marketing teams, you will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business growth and elevate our brand presence. We value unique perspectives and innovative thinking that challenge the status quo.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to comprehend marketing strategies and generate leads.
  • Conduct thorough primary and secondary research to pinpoint critical prospects.
  • Do data mining every day with respect to the target given
  • Create and maintain databases of client requirements and points of contact.
  • Proactively reach potential clients by identifying their technology needs through platforms like LinkedIn, Monster, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Score a chance to get on a call (Meeting) with the client, and make sure the meeting happens.
  • Manage lead responses and communications on a primary level till the meeting happens, and up to a certain level after the meeting for sales engagements.
  • Develop and manage email communication strategies.
  • Engage in cold calling to establish initial contact and interest.
