We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Swimming Coach to join our team at Solitaire Global Schools in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a professional with 4-6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching students in swimming techniques, ensuring safety standards, and fostering competitive spirit among young athletes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in swim technique correction, ensuring students master various swimming strokes efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Certified in water safety, able to enforce and educate students on best safety practices in and around water (Mandatory skill).
• Adept at competitive swim training, capable of preparing students for high-stakes competitions (Mandatory skill).
• Expert in stroke analysis, using technical insight to enhance an athlete's performance and correct form.
• Skilled in designing fitness programs tailored to develop athletic abilities and improve endurance in students.
• Possesses strong poolside communication skills to effectively convey instructions and motivate athletes.
• Demonstrates the ability to inspire and motivate athletes, fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
• Experienced in using video analysis tools to assess performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming training sessions focused on improving students' swimming skills and competitive readiness.
• Implement water safety protocols, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all participants during swim sessions.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to each student to improve their techniques and overall performance.
• Design and lead fitness regimens that complement swim training and enhance athletes' physical development.
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among students, fostering a supportive and ambitious environment.
• Organize and supervise swimming events and competitions, preparing students for participating at various levels.
• Monitor and evaluate each athlete's progress using video analysis tools to develop customized improvement plans.
• Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or queries.
