Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Sound knowledge and work experience in VMware vSphere administration.

Install configure and manage private cloud with Vmware vRA/vRO

Troubleshoot vSphere VM and host issues and troubleshoot vRA related build issues.

Work with other team and vendor for the troubleshooting.

Configure compute, storage, and network resources in vRA/vRO.

Hands on experience in hardware troubleshooting and FW upgrade in Dell/Cisco/HP hardware

Handle incidents/changes/problem ticket and knowledge in ITIL process.

Experience in upgrade vSphere environment and handling patching.

Worked in windows operation system support.

VCP certification is preferred.
