Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Production Supervisor to join our team at Ambernath on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and play a pivotal role in our production operations. This opportunity requires excellent team leadership, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability in team leadership with a focus on driving performance and motivation of production staff (Mandatory skill).
• Strong expertise in quality control procedures ensuring product standards and specifications (Mandatory skill).

• Ability to develop and implement process optimization techniques for enhanced production capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor production lines and processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
