About the Role:

We’re looking for a warm, thoughtful, and detail-oriented Customer Support & Order Fulfillment Representative to become a grounding presence in our growing team. You’ll be the heart of our customer experience—answering questions, solving concerns, and ensuring every order is packed with care and love.

What You’ll Do:

• Support customers through WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media DMs
• Answer product-related queries with knowledge and kindness
• Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general customer happiness
• Carefully pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch—each package should feel like a gift.
• Ensure every product is labeled, and wrapped beautifully before shipping.
• Coordinate with courier services and manage dispatch timelines.
• Share regular feedback with the team to improve products and service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Calm, compassionate communication style (spoken and written)
• 6 months+ of experience in customer service or operations (e-commerce preferred)
• Attention to detail, especially when handling delicate items
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-moving, heart-led brand
• Comfortable using Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, etc.
• Bonus: A personal interest in crystals, healing, or conscious living
