SoftSign HR Services has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! Soft Sign HR is a human resources and management consulting firm located in Pune, Mumbai and Nashik. We provide services, expertise and resources to private sector organizations across India.

Responsibilities  

·        Responsible for end-to-end recruitment

·        Screen potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill SoftSign HR’s customer job vacancies

·        Perform sourcing, screening and interview scheduling

·        Schedule Interviews - Coordinate between TA team of customer & candidate

·        Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

·        Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.

·        Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for SoftSign HR’s customer as per their requirement

·        Proactively source and establish relationships with candidates to build a consistent pipeline of talent

·        Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

·        Manage assigned open positions and candidate workflow in ATS

Requirements:

• Preferred Graduate
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience in IT/Non IT
• Strong sourcing skill set with experience in a variety of sourcing tools/job portals and methods
• Experience in the implementation and execution of strategic searches
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Open to travel for campus drives/job fairs
