The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented


We are searching to hire an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to start building B2B and B2C clientele.

The person would be solely responsible to build his own team and play a crucial part in this growing IT organization. You must be working in the Information Technology section, 


Build the Outbound strategies to generate contrast set of business from new and repeat clients

1. In House Lead management find out the leads From Social media

2. Do cold calling for showing portfolio

3. Create a proposal for the Clients and have idea about freelancer and up work for lead generation

Identifying and researching the market and industry trends that would appeal to new clients

Generate qualified leads using bidding, linkedin, social media and outbound calling

Create streamlined pipeline for the ongoing set of work

Expand the sales team and build the plan to achieve the growth, arranging the training sessions

Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these


1+ years of previous BD/ IT Sales experience

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

A person looking at the company growth, playing a vital role in the success of the company

Be a part of the solution, meeting the daily challenges to generate results

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
