Responsibilities :
- Fluent in English verbal and written communication
- Client and audience query handling
- Overseeing the customer service process
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
- Providing detailed information to customers
- Prompt response over Product Chat box
- Co-ordination with Technical team
- Taking feedback from the customers
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients
Note : Training will be provided to the freshers
