Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers. This is a full-time position based in North Delhi, Delhi, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar role is preferred
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer knowledge for order processing
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
• Inspect products for any damages or defects before packing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Adhere to safety and quality control standards
• Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
