We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, creating a nurturing and engaging environment that encourages learning through play, creativity, and exploration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
• Teach foundational subjects like language, basic math, and art through interactive, play-based learning methods.
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment with effective behavior management strategies.
• Track and assess each child’s progress, adjusting teaching approaches to suit individual learning needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on student development and addressing concerns.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, organized, and conducive to learning.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed., or equivalent qualification.
• Montessori or Nursery Training Certificate is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in kindergarten or early childhood teaching.
• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about fostering young children’s learning and development.
