Responsibilities

·        Must have sound knowledge and hands-on experience on Hyperion EPM Installation, Migration and Administration experience.

·        Must design, configure, and install Hyperion products.

·        Administration of Hyperion version 11.1.2.4 servers, databases & applications including, upgrades, backup and recovery.

·        Must be able to migrate Hyperion Components between versions.

·        Maintain the production, and development instances as a part of the technology infrastructure team.

·        Test and install vendor patches and new releases, following change-control management.

·        In-depth knowledge of the causes and remedies of performance issues within the Hyperion environment.

·        Experience with day to day support activities and job monitoring.

·        Strong hands on experience working in Windows server environment and MS SQL Server to troubleshoot issues related to Hyperion product databases.

·        Must be able to design Forms, Report Scripts and Calc Scripts.

·        Must be able to develop business rules.

·        Must have excellence in consultation, presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.

·        Ability to work effectively with business customers & users.

·        A strong desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment

·        Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and good team player
