Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated International Sales Consultants to join our US voice process team. This role is open to freshers who possess excellent communication skills and a strong interest in working with US-based clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Handle calls to US-based customers, identifying needs, providing solutions, and offering products or services.
• Customer Interaction: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients, build rapport, and effectively address queries or concerns.
• Sales Pitching: Present products or services in a compelling manner, positioning solutions that align with the client's requirements.
• Lead Generation: Qualify and generate new sales leads while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Meeting Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the team.
• CRM Management: Update customer details and track interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate follow-up and data management.
• Provide Solutions: Understand customer needs and offer relevant products or services, working in a consultative sales approach.

Requirements:

• Freshers Welcome: No prior sales experience required. Training will be provided.
• Age Limit: Up to 25 years.
• Education: Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Sales Acumen: A keen interest in sales and customer service with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Shift Requirements: Must be comfortable working in US shift timings (Night shifts) with rotational offs.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
