Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience in UK Healthcare recruitment, specifically in hiring Nurses and Doctors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for our clients while maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants’ skills and experience.
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high recruitment standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-4 years in UK healthcare recruitment (Nurses & Doctors hiring).
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Skills: Strong self-learning ability, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
