Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior System Administrator to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, and oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in system administration, showcasing the ability to manage server environments efficiently.
• Proficient in Windows Server management with a solid understanding of configurations and troubleshooting (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in Active Directory administration, including user and computer accounts management (Mandatory skill).
• Strong network troubleshooting skills, crucial for maintaining network health and resolving connectivity issues (Mandatory skill).
• Capable of firewall and security configuration to ensure network safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Familiarity with firewall security principles to protect the organization’s information and resources effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for diagnosing and addressing various IT challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's server and network infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Windows Servers and Active Directory services.
• Conduct routine network troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance or connectivity issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with security policies through effective firewall and security configurations.
