Eligibility:
· Candidates should have proficiency in English language.
· Minimum 02 years of experience after degree convocation and state medical council registration.
Preferred Candidates:
· Ready to join at the earliest.
· KSA experience with SCFHS registration.
· Dataflow/HRD attestation of the certificates done.
Job Responsibilities:
* Providing nursing care to beneficiaries, including but not limited to administering medications, giving injections, performing CPR, taking lab samples, taking vital signs, installing various tubes and respiratory devices, and applying necessary dressings.
* Documenting each procedure in the special records. Continuously monitoring and assessing the beneficiaries' condition and providing a daily report on the beneficiaries' status in the unit, and informing the head of the nursing department and the doctor about any changes in the health condition.
* Nursing examination of beneficiaries and preparing a nursing plan for each patient according to the health condition and following up on its implementation by the nursing team and assistants, and re-examining as needed.
* Examining beneficiaries periodically and ensuring they receive the prescribed treatment, as documented in the patient's medical report and treatment card, and recording it in the special record.
* Accompanying and assisting doctors and nurses during daily rounds on the beneficiaries, responding to instructions from the multidisciplinary round, and implementing them.
* Following any health, preventive, and therapeutic instructions issued by the head of the nursing department and the center's doctor.
* Contributing to social, educational, and awareness activities (including explaining diagnoses, discussing treatment options, and teaching them how to manage their condition).
* Determining the unit's needs for medicines, devices, equipment, and supplies, and coordinating with other units and departments to provide them.
* Observing the beneficiaries' behavior and actions and informing the doctors about changes in their physical, psychological, and behavioral condition.
* Participating in the necessary formal procedures in case of the death of a beneficiary.
* Recording transfer cases and hospital appointments in both the beneficiary’s file and the special records.
* Reporting any injuries to the beneficiary in the unit they occupy and filling out the special injury form.
* Training nurses and enhancing their technical skill levels.
* Accompanying beneficiaries to appointments, emergency departments, and outings.
* Evaluating new admissions and ensuring a comprehensive examination of the new resident before entry.
* Meeting with the family and gathering complete information about the medical condition, eating habits, allergies, excretions, etc.
* Preparing periodic reports and statistics.
* Achieving goals and targets by measuring performance.
* Assignment of any tasks that are within their scope of expertise.
