  • Provide support and assistance to employees with technology-related problems and explain the problem to them.
  • Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software
  • Ensure that data is handled, transferred or processed in accordance with legal and company guidelines

  • Learning about all new applications and operating systems to implement and imple
