Workshop/Maintenance Manager - Steel Works & Crusher Plants

- With strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

- Has the ability to keep track of and report on daily/weekly/monthly and annual activities.

- With extensive experience in planning maintenance operations.

- Has an excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Very Good command of English language is a must).

- Has excellent leadership and management skills (with an outstanding organization & leadership abilities).

- Has an excellent understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

- With extesive knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.

- Must be proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & fair knowledge in AutoCad.

- Can develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members; customers, contractors & service providers.

- Must be competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision making

- Must excellent in monitoring the electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality

- Must know and can create a solid plan to resolve problems and oversee all repair and installation activities

- Preferred with GCC work experience

- Must ensure that all equipment/machines & spare parts are in good working condition

- Must ensure that the health and safety policies are complied with accordingly.

- Can still perform other tasks when needed and requested.

- With 15 - 20 years of experience in handling/managing a Workshop for producing, maintaining & repairing Crusher Plants, Asphalt Plants, Ice Plants/Water Chillers.

- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.

- Must have a driving license
