Support the Head - Games in coordinating all activities leading to Games and Games spares purchase/replenishment planning & execution of sourcing activities and deliver results from existing stores as well as the launch of new stores from AR/VR, Arcade Games, Vending Redemption Games

This role involves continuous creation, execution and tracking of vendors and ensuring productive relationship by implementing demand/supply and ordering processes by getting innovative Games

Devise and execute at All India level at least 5 effective new games per month – revenues of above Rs 1 crore each across existing & new centers. Manage transportation, customs & other processes

Ensure center requirements for Games Development/R&D to achieve company objectives including incorporation of Technology of VR /AR and others in existing games/as required from tech vendors.

In the current rapid growth situation, this role is expected to be very flexible between sourcing, vendor development & execution of aggressive purchase/procurement plans in a dynamic and volatile situation without any straitjacketed working approach. 

Developing and implementing purchasing strategies using existing Games vendor relationships · Managing supplier relations and negotiating prices, contracts within timelines/constant complaints·

Procure games parts and materials at negotiated rate using annual contracts – at budgeted cost · Preparation of comparative cost estimation across vendors with the help of proposals collected · Maintaining the vendor, supplier database, purchase records, across domestic/overseas vendors · Coordinating with centers to forecast, finalize and manage Gaming / Spares inventory needs.

Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications. · Responsible for ensuring low downtime by procuring quality games/spares work with repair team · Track/report key functional metrics to reduce games downtime/cost/expenses & incremental revenue Forecast price and market trends across domestic and international vendors for games/spares

Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of games/spares demand from existing and new centers · Inventory control of games/pares– consumables and games spares/new requirements · Track stocks across HO, Centers & Warehouses –center staff on indenting, receiving & issue of stocks

Ensuring proper POs/documentation are met using Semnox/Shawman/ERP deployed as per audit etc.

Creating and generation proper trackers, MIS reports for management.

Diligent maintenance of documentation for effective retrieval/approvals and meeting audit norms.

Proven expertise overseas practices in procurement – transportation, customs and other needs.

Working in dynamic, aggressive and uncertain environment – ability to manage peers and superiors.
