Pre-Sales Executive Responsibilities
· Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Building client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Handling customer inquiries and following up with customers.
· Recommending products or services to management.
· Recording customer enquiries and feedback information in a systematic format.
· Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
· Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
· Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
· Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Requirements:
· Selling and negotiating skills.
· Demonstration and Presentation skills.
· Outstanding English and Regional Language communication.
