Position: Manager, Accounts & Finance

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Location: Agra

Preferred: CA Final or CA Passed

Job Responsibilities:

. Responsible to handle day-to-day accounting, need to guide the accounts payable team to process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, responsible for both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our Internal and external stake holders.

. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of employee payrolls while ensuring compliance with labor laws and income tax.

Support in GL period close activities and accurate monthly closing as per corporate schedule, including reconciliations, and analysis of related accounts, proficient in reviewing and enhancing all financial & accounting procedures and internal controls, and automation finance & accounts processes.

. Experience in preparation of annual financial statements as per IGAAP, notes to accounts, and schedules.

. Co-ordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors to finalize financial statements and file the necessary returns within due dates as per the Companies Act and Income Tax Act

Ensure statutory compliances under Income Tax Act, Companies Act, GST Act, etc.

.To Carry out tasks assigned by management time to time.
