Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for multiple clients in bulk, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related components.
• Ensure timely payroll disbursement and adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Maintain and update payroll records for all employees across different clients.
• Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll operations.
• Stay updated with labor laws and payroll best practices to ensure compliance.
• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as required.
• Work with payroll software and optimize payroll processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably handling multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage bulk payroll efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
