The candidate should be fit and required by us only if he satisfy all the points given below:

1. 20+ years of experience - civil engineer 

2. Experience in residential and commercial buildings. Not government projects but private and high-end projects. Good finishing experience (including interior finishing) is preferrable.

3. Good communication skills in English

4. High on integrity. Will check background 

5. Good capability of sourcing labour subcontractors and material vendors 

6. Negotiating and handling sub-contractors and vendors and checking/ passing their payments- support staff is available 

7. Ensuring progress planned is achieved by coordinating and following up with consultants , client, staff and necessary vendors , ahead of time and with proper planning

8. Ensuring safety, cleanliness across sites

9. Capable of handling and guiding and disciplining senior and junior engineering staff with support from HR and processes.

10. Ensuring client billing/ projections/ estimation and comparisons - support available from quantity surveyors

11. Ensuring client/ consultant issues if any are resolved asap.

12. Payment follow up with client/ client representative.

13. Ensuring project scheduling and updating the schedules- support from planning engineer available

14. Checking and controlling petty cash spends – support from accounts available 

15. Ensure client, architect, vendor and staff satisfaction and take accountability.

Salary around 75 k to 1.50 lakhs a month depending on profile.
