Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

·        Leverage various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions such as software developers, engineers, IT support, project managers, and more.

·        Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates' technical expertise and cultural fit for the organization

·        Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

·        Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions etc.

·        Continuously optimize recruitment strategies and processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.

Mandatory Skills

·        At least 2 years relevant IT experience required. 

·        Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Work on SEO and BDE Profile

·        Immediate Joiner / Short Notice Period

Additional Skills

·        Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)

·        Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, and resume database.
