Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand Customer Needs And Develop Plans To Address Them. Resolve Customer Complaints Quickly And Effectively.

2. Forward Upselling And Cross-Selling Opportunities To The Sales Team.

3. Promote High-Quality Sales, Supply And Customer Service Processes.

4. Aim To Preserve Customers And Renew Contracts.

5. Approach Potential Customers To Establish Relationships.

6. Gain Solid Knowledge Of Competitors.

7. Build And Improve Relationships With Customers, Key Suppliers And Partners.

8. Review Company Practices To Ensure Clients Get Maximum Satisfaction From Their Purchases.

9. Identify Potential Opportunities And Inform The Sales Team To Follow Up.

10. Educate And Inform Clients About The Company’s Products, Services And Special Offers.

11. Attend To Client Complaints And Resolve Issues Promptly, Always Make Sure It Would Be On Recorded Call.

12. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys And Recommend Ways Of Improving Client Satisfaction.

13. Work With Internal Departments To Ensure Company Meets Clients’ Expectations.

14. Oversee Customer Relationship Management System.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates Must Be Dental Graduate, BDS With Min 1 Years Of Clinical Experience.
