Job Overview

Skygoaltech is seeking a Sales Development Executive Trainee at our Hyderabad location. As a fresher, you will work as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in driving company sales and customer engagement. Benefiting from expert mentorship, you'll build skills in lead generation, CRM management, and customer relations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to embark on a sales career in the dynamic IT sector. The position involves a 20 days training period followed by a 4-month internship, with a stipend of up to 15,000 INR plus incentives. Note: Training period is unpaid.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduated between 2021-2023, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle to support client offerings and align solutions with market needs.
  • Experience in using MS Office for creating presentations and documenting sales activities.
  • Eagerness to learn IT sales and develop expertise in digital solution offerings to enhance customer engagement.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors and industry trends to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Assist in sales planning and strategy development to increase company sales and market reach.
  • Engage in lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients, building a robust pipeline.
  • Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Attend sales meetings, providing clients with detailed product and service information, and contributing to closing deals.
