Job Summary

We are hiring HR Executive/ Manager for an IT company based in Noida.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for end to end recruitment of all departments.
• Well versed with HR policies and activities
• New employee’s induction process.
• Compensations and benefit administration
• Monitoring and controlling of attendance, salary and leaves.
• Employee’s orientation, development and training.
• Updating and renewal of statutory compliances like PF, ESI
• Preparation of salary statements and pay slips.
• Performance appraisal process and identifying appropriate rewards.
• Providing annual hikes and performance based increments to employees.
• Exit formalities and relieving
• Maintain record (Soft copies as well as hard copies)
• Look after other day to day administrative job responsibilities
• All Admin responsibility like Birthday Party, events, vendor management etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

MBA in HR

1-3 Year

Female candidate preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
