Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our sales and customer service efforts. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, promoting our cosmetic services, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our cosmetic services and treatments.
• Discuss the benefits of our services and address any questions or concerns potential clients may have.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into appointments.

1. Appointment Scheduling:

• Schedule appointments for clients based on their preferences and availability.
• Coordinate with the clinic's staff to ensure smooth scheduling and proper allocation of resources.
• Send appointment reminders to clients to minimize no-shows and maximize appointment attendance.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations based on their skincare and beauty needs.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles in the clinic's database.

1. Sales Support:

• Assist in promoting special offers, packages, and promotions to encourage client engagement and sales.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client's experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service representative, preferably in the beauty or cosmetology industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
