Job Description: Automotive Actuators with Gearing and Sensors

Position: Automotive Actuators Engineer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's

degree is preferred.

2. Proven experience (5 years) in the design, development, and testing of automotive actuators,

preferably with a focus on gearing and sensor integration. Material knowledge in plastics is a must.

3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, brushed and BLDC motors, gears, and sensor technologies

used in automotive applications.

4. Proficient in engineering software and tools for actuator design, simulation, and analysis.

5. Familiarity with automotive control systems and protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).

6. Solid understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a cross-

functional environment with colleagues in Europe and the USA

9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

10. Experience with automotive product development processes and familiarity with APQP, FMEA and

PPAP is a plus.
