Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and establishing strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and team motivation skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through market research and networking
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
