Location: Hyderabad _ Hitech city.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in managing and assisting with advanced technology projects, including Azure, AWS, AI, and UI/UX. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities from requirements gathering and user story development to overseeing project activities at Go-live. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to project success, support the Project Manager, and demonstrate potential for growth into a leadership role. Experience in leading meetings with US-based clients and a willingness to undertake management and project coordination tasks are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Project Lifecycle Management:

o Lead the entire spectrum of BA activities, from initial requirements gathering to defining user stories.

o Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of projects across all stages.

o Assist in managing project timelines, resources, budget allocations, and risk assessments.

2. Client Interaction and Meeting Facilitation:

o Lead and participate in meetings with US-based client teams.

o Manage client expectations, coordinate project requirements, and ensure clear communication between clients and project teams.

o Facilitate decision-making processes with stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

3. Detailed Analysis and Documentation:

o Conduct detailed business analysis to define and validate solution requirements.

o Document processes, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and project plans.

4. Project Coordination and Management Tasks:

o Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

o Oversee the development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure alignment with project goals.

5. Go-live and Post-implementation Support:

o Coordinate and support project activities at Go-live.

o Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure project objectives have been met.

o Provide ongoing support and enhancements post Go-live to ensure continuous improvement.

6. Expertise in Advanced Technology Domains:

o Utilize in-depth knowledge of Azure, AWS, AI, and UI/UX in project execution.

o Leverage JIRA and other project management tools for effective tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in technology-focused projects.

· Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).

· Strong background in Azure, AWS, AI, and UI/UX.

· Proven experience in leading meetings with US-based clients.

· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.

Preferred Skills:

· Advanced degree in a relevant field.

· Proven track record in business analysis, project management, and team coordination.
