JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OPERATIONAL MANAGER<ul><li>Monitoring the overall Production activities on the shopfloor.</li><li>Have good understanding of Biscuits making process.</li><li>Responsible to oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule adjust schedules as needed</li><li>Need to manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.</li><li>Responsible to strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.</li><li>Need to maintain with assurance that all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Responsible to monitors plant’s KPIs.</li><li>Responsible to establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product</li></ul>Quality or integrity.<ul><li>Responsible for day to day on shopfloor e.g., defective generation, down time analysis &amp; solving abnormalities etc.</li><li>Daily, weekly &amp; monthly review of plant performance with respect set targets.</li><li>Have good understanding of problem-solving tools like – Lean six sigma, 7QC tools, problem solving tools etc.</li><li>Co-ordination with maintenance dept. for preventive maintenance, spares availability.</li><li>Effective Monitoring of machine changeovers to enable the maximum usage efficiency along with packing machine utilization report.</li><li>Effective knowledge in machine breakdown</li><li>Maintaining Over All Hygiene of the Floor and Equipment.
