As a CLM Associate, you will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle, utilizing tool like WebEngage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and renewals
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Utilize customer lifecycle management tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, and WebEngage
• Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer lifecycle
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer lifecycle management
