We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager with a deep understanding of the freeze-dried fruit industry. If you have experience working with top-tier companies like WK Kellogg, Kellanova, Starbucks, we’d love to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the Freeze Dried fruits purchasing seasons, trends, and sourcing strategies of freeze-dried fruit, as well as contributing to strategic decision-making for our clients.

1.Who We’re Looking For:

(1)Deep understanding on the supply chain or procurement process in the food industry in North America or Europe market;

(2)Professionals working in the food sector (including but not limited to agriculture, beverages, snacks, private label manufacturing, or contract manufacturing;

(3)Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or sales is preferred，specifically with freeze-dried fruits;

(4)Experience within the food & beverage industry is highly desirable, including but not limited to Kellanova，WK Kellogg, Starbucks, Doehler, Van drunen farms;

(5)Prior experience in sourcing freeze dreid fruit for big giant company like Starbucks or Kellog is preferred.

2.Typical project work may include:

(1)Completing specialized industry survey queationnaires.

(2)Researching and authoring insightful industry analysis briefs/reports.
