Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to teach students at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in theoretical and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum.

Teach concepts from Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with clarity.

Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure safety protocols.

Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance exams (JEE/NEET/Olympiads).

Develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

Utilize modern teaching tools and technology to enhance learning.

Provide individual guidance to students based on their learning needs.

Organize educational activities, science fairs, and lab projects.

Maintain student records and communicate progress with parents.

Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Chemistry and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary level (Class 11 & 12).

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Chemistry concepts and practical applications.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Proficiency in lab safety and handling chemistry experiments.

Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

CTET/State TET qualification.

Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.

Exposure to e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
