Location : Ahmedabad (WFO)

Education-Any Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent to Graduation

Relevant experience required : 2 to 8 years

Salary Range- 15K to 30 K per month

Preferred - Male Applicants

Job Descriptions

 Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role (preferred).

 Familiarity with lead management for industrial products.

 Capable of handling new incoming inquiry calls, understanding requirements from clients, verifying leads, and forwarding them to the appropriate salesperson. Must also maintain a detailed database of these interactions.

 Ability to collect reports and lead status updates from the sales team regarding assigned leads.

 Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A positive attitude and resilience are essential.

 Critical role in ensuring attentiveness to all inquiries to avoid missed opportunities. Must be highly attentive to ensure all calls and emails are promptly addressed.

 Serve as a liaison, maintaining timely and effective coordination with the sales team. A strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role is highly desired.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Fluent communication skills and a quick learner of technical product details.

 Highly motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating perseverance and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

 Eager to learn new skills and participate in various aspects of the company.

 Hardworking and dedicated, with excellent time management skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
