Job Description

Ø Should be responsible for post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

Ø Should update accounts receivable and issue invoices.

Ø Should update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

Ø Should assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

Ø Should assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.

Ø Should update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Ø Should prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Ø Should assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Ø Should assist in completing audits also prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.

Ø Must conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.

Ø Should determine internal audit scope and developing annual plans.

Ø Must assist with other accounting projects

Ø Must assist in GST and TDS Calculation and Laws.

Ø Should have knowledge of tally and other accounts software.
