Job Title:               Field Service Engineer

Salary:                   Rs. 15,000 to 18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Will be responsible for installation & demonstration of equipment at customer premises.

• Handle customer complaints and provide support to customer for maintenance and repair as per their request.
• Schedule and follow up preventive maintenance visits at customer site.
• Provide training to customers for operating the equipment.
• Submit reports about the equipment’s conditions and customer complaints on weekly and monthly basis to the reporting manager.
• Should have positive attitude and find solutions to the problems arising during service jobs.
• Should be humble and polite in communication.
• Not hesitant of travelling in the assigned territory Delhi (NCR) & neighbouring states.
• Should have his own vehicle (preferable 2 Wheeler) and Driving Licence

Eligibility & Required Skills

• B.Tech/B.E in Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in English Language Spoken as well as written is a must
• Sound knowledge of operating computer systems, MS Word, Excel & PPT would be desired
