Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can translate highl-evel requirements into interaction flows and artif-acts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a fresher to 2 years experienced individual to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

User Research:

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and pain points.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise and iterate design solutions.

UI Design:

• Design visually stunning user interfaces that effectively communicate the intended message and enhance user interaction.

UX Design:

• Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to ensure a seamless user experience.

Interaction Design:

• Define interaction models, animations, and transitions to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.

Usability Testing:

• Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Documentation:

• Prepare design documentation including design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development handoff.

Stay Updated:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
•  02 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
•  Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
•  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•  Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
•  Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and processes.
