- Identifying, qualifying, and securing new & existing business opportunities.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Coordinating business generation activities.
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Closing sales and working with client through closing process.
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

- Meeting or exceeding Quarterly/ Monthly/ annual sales goals.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales leads using CRM or equivalent.
SKILLS REQUIRED:-
- IT Sales Experience (International).
- Consultative approach to identifying, assessing and prioritizing requirements.
- Good Experience working on portal.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
- Flexibility, agility and problem solving skills to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Outbound cold calling, email marketing, analytical skills, prospecting, lead nurturing, strong communication skills are desired.
- Sr. BDE should must have the experience of handling team.
