Responsibilities and Duties

• Performing insurance eligibility verification to confirm coverage and benefits before each patient appointment
• Coordinating with front office staff to explain patient benefits and coverage, including deductibles, coinsurance, copays, and MOOP expenses
• Maintaining dental practice patient records for insurance purposes
• Resolving issues and discrepancies with insurance companies and patients
• Following up on claims and payments
• Responsible for calling insurance companies in US on behalf of dental office to verify Dental insurance coverage.
• Excellent communication in English
• Experience in Dental Eligibility Verification

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any field
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills in English.
• The person should be good in MS office
• Willing to work in night shift.
• Candidates with international voice experience (1yr) and Less than a year in AR Calling can also apply.
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans and policies
• Experience in dental eligibility verification or billing
• Proficiency in using dental software and tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
