We are currently hiring Chat Sales Representatives & Email & chat support  for our on-site work arrangement with US shifts based in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our company's growth.

1) Position: Chat Sales Representative

Salary : 26k to 35k CTC

Job Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers through chat and provide them with exceptional sales support.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

· Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any concerns or issues.

· Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

· Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements:

· Graduates or HSC pass with a minimum of 2 years of documented BPO experience in a similar role.

· Excellent written communication skills in English.

· Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with chat-based sales processes and tools.

· Comfortable working in US shifts with rotational week offs.

2)  Position: Email & Chat Support

Salary:20k to 32k

Monthly Rotational & Rotational week off

Education:12th pass
